By using US Deals Live, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. All listings and activity on the platform must comply with the rules outlined below, as well as all applicable U.S. laws and regulations. Failure to comply may result in ad removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

Platform Purpose

US Deals Live is an online marketplace and posting platform. Users independently publish listings and provide details regarding products, services, offers, or opportunities (collectively referred to as “Listings”). Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their listings.

Listing Rules

All listings on US Deals Live must comply with our platform rules, regardless of whether the listing includes paid promotional features (such as Premium, Featured, or Sponsored placements).

Repeated violations or excessive user reports may result in the removal of listings and/or the account associated with them.

General Posting Guidelines

• Do not submit duplicate listings for the same product or offer, including in multiple categories or locations.
• Removing and reposting the same listing to reset its publication date is considered duplication and is prohibited.
• If your item has been sold or the offer is no longer valid, you must remove the listing promptly.
• Listings cannot be edited to replace the original product, service, or offer with a different one. A new listing must be created instead.
• Users may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts are not allowed unless explicitly approved by the platform.
• Listings must represent real, currently available products or services.
• Do not submit listings for prohibited, illegal, restricted, or harmful items.
• Listings must be placed in the correct category and must accurately reflect the product name, purpose, and description.
• Misleading listings, deceptive content, or false claims are strictly prohibited.
• Pyramid schemes, questionable earnings claims, or unrealistic financial opportunities (e.g., “Send $10 and earn $500”) are not permitted.
• Erotic, explicit, offensive, violent, extremist, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, logos, trademarks, or intellectual property is not allowed.

Contact Information Rules

• The contact name provided must be accurate and authentic.
• The Name field must not contain email addresses, phone numbers, URLs, or other contact formats.
• Phone numbers, email addresses, or any external contact details are not allowed in the listing title or description unless legally required.
• The content of your listing must directly relate to the item or service featured in the title and photos.

Images and Media

• Photos must represent the actual item being offered.
• Stock images, unrelated photos, or misleading media are not allowed.
• Images with watermarks, branding, or copyright marks may not be used without permission.

Pricing Policy

• All prices must be listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• The amount entered should reflect the actual selling price of the product or service.
• If the item is discounted or has defects affecting value, this must be clearly stated in the description.
• Do not place pricing details in the title — use the price field provided.

Modifications & Enforcement

US Deals Live reserves the right to update, change, or enforce additional rules at any time.

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of user-generated content
• The quality or condition of listed items
• Suitability of products or services for buyer needs
